The art and science of administration has developed rapidly in the last two decades and is now accepted as a specific discipline. Initially applied in industrial settings, this is now being increasingly applied to hospitals and other health care operations. Modern hospitals encompass varied and complex disciplines of medical care. Hospital administration is there fore a challenge to its team of disciplinary personal in efficiently coordinating their efforts.

We the management council members of the MIMS Academy believe that caring for human being is multifaceted and in this hi-technological era specialization in different branches helps the candidate to work efficiently. We believe that each individual is unique and as health care professionals we are obliged to provide holistic care. We recognize that specialized course in hospital administration will enable a person to recognize and practice his/her professional responsibility in the high technological thinking and scientific knowledge. Also we accept that this will enable his/her to develop confidence in his/her professional management and create an environment of team spirit and sense of pride in his/ her own personal achievement.

We know that the administration practice depends on quality education based on sound educational principles. Candidate who completes this course will be able to function as an executive in managing the sepcialized department.
